Loyalty program terms and conditions
- Any guest who registers on the website https://rubin-hotel.ru can become a participant in the loyalty program.
- To access your loyalty card, log in to your guest account using the same method you used for registration. For example, if you registered via VK ID, you must use VK ID for all subsequent logins.
- Points for your booking are credited 5 days after check-out.
- By registering as a Program Participant, the guest consents to the processing, use, transfer, and storage of their personal data by the program organizer. Such data is protected in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation on personal data processing.
- In case of booking cancellation, points are forfeited and cannot be refunded.
- The hotel administration reserves the right to temporarily suspend or cancel a loyalty card without any right to compensation if the participant violates the hotel's rules of stay or the program's terms and conditions.
